I Coach Because I Was Coached

In every success story, there’s an often unseen force – a coach, mentor, or guide. These champions behind the champions show up to provide what can’t be found alone. It’s not by chance that the most accomplished individuals in sports, business, and life had someone who shaped their journey, gave them direction, and helped them see things in a new light.

The world’s biggest stars have had someone to guide them, to challenge them, and to say what they might not have wanted to hear but needed to. This is why I coach. I coach because I was coached.

When we look at our lives, we might recognize the moments when someone saw something more in us than we saw in ourselves. A good coach speaks to your potential, not just to your current reality. They push you beyond your comfort zone, encouraging you to see your situation from a new perspective. It’s often this fresh view that opens doors, helping us to unlock parts of ourselves that were dormant or hidden.

They help you connect your current reality with your future potential, showing you how to leverage each step along the way.

This is what drives me to coach. I was coached, and because of that, I’m able to help others uncover the champion within themselves.
